Ekaterina Fedotova
Founder of Event House
I'm Ekaterina, founder of Event House. For more than five years I've been creating events in Prague: corporate evenings and conferences, weddings, anniversaries, private and children's celebrations. Over the years I've learned that what guests remember is the atmosphere, and the ease of hosts who didn't have to worry about a thing.
I run every project myself — from the first conversation to the moment the lights go down in an emptied hall. I start by understanding the event you and your guests actually need, then I bring in a trusted team, keep the timeline and budget in hand, and on the day I take the whole thing off your shoulders. Your only job is to be a guest at your own celebration.
I speak Czech, English and Russian — it's just as easy with me whether you're a local or new to the city. Tell me what you have in mind, and together we'll shape it into one coherent, well-considered event. The first meeting comes with no obligation.

Yes. The first consultation is free and with no obligation. We discuss the idea, date and rough budget to see whether we're a good fit.
The sooner the better — for weddings and larger corporate events ideally a few months ahead. We can also take on events at shorter notice; get in touch and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Yes. Based on the format, guest count and budget we recommend suitable venues in Prague and nearby and arrange the booking.
Czech, English and Russian. We can also run the event bilingually if you have international guests.
We always confirm the cooperation with a contract that clearly states the scope and price. Payment terms are agreed individually based on the size of the event.
Yes. We work mainly in Prague and the surrounding area, but we're happy to arrange offsite events and incentives elsewhere in the Czech Republic or abroad.
Yes. We take care of the concept, venue, catering, tech, programme and on-the-day coordination. You can also come to us for just one part.
Of course. Intimate birthdays, anniversaries and family celebrations get the same care as large corporate events.
